Confession time: I adore working in my pajamas. Nothing makes me more happy than sending the family off for the day so I can curl up with my tea and my computer and dive in to my workday. And I know I'm not alone - how many of you are jammy-workers too?
But one thing I see with women entrepreneurs who take their relaxation a little too seriously is that they get into trouble with their businesses.
Take a look at this video to see what I mean: http://youtu.be/5OPZggU39Dw
Can you relate? Do you hide out and wait to be visible in the marketplace because something is stopping you?
Maybe you are suffering from "comparisonitis" and you feel like you're not good enough.
Maybe you're afraid of failure so you don't even try.
But here's the thing: If you are in a service-based business, you ARE your product! That means that your audience needs to know more about you so that they can like you and begin to trust you. Only THEN will they want to buy from you!
So, how can you take one small step to "showing up" in the marketplace this week? Can you share more about your expertise on Facebook? Can you make a video of the frustrations that you see in the marketplace? Can you write a blog post of your mess-to-success story?
Building up the "know, like and trust factor" is key preparation tactic for successful launch. People want to buy from someone that they know.
If getting out from behind your computer scares you to death, then maybe it's time to talk with me in a Step Into Launch Success Discovery Session. Together we'll get you showing up for your audience, one step at a time.
And, my Blue Wig Special ends this Sunday, March 31. (Yes, that's Easter!) If you enroll in either of my programs by then you will receive an additional 1 hour "Bust Your Visibility Issues" coaching session to get you out to the marketplace so you can fill your programs. Apply here.
To relaxing in our pajamas but showing up BIG TIME for our businesses,
P.S. You only have 4 days left to take advantage of my Blue Wig Special for an extra hour of "Bust Your Visibility Issues" coaching with me. Apply to talk with me here.
