It never fails. Every single client I work with has this question: "What do I say in my next [blog post, email newsletter, social media post, video, etc]?"
It seems as if everyone has this feeling of "I don't have anything important to say!"
And this feeling of "lack" is making you work too hard and worry too much!
It's because you've got something that's missing from your marketing (and when you put it back in - things are SO much easier).
Take a look at this video to see what I mean:
I see so many people post one piece of great content in one place, and then they think that everyone already knows about that and that they cannot talk about it again - ever.
But here's the thing: The average person needs to hear something 7 times for it to sink in. (kinda like giving your kids broccoli - they usually won't "bite" the on the first try).
So, I'm here today to give you PERMISSION to repeat your message.
And in fact it's super fun to repeat it in different ways.
That's why I'm such big fan of launches - a launch a great way to LEVERAGE your message through different mediums and in creative ways so you canpack a punch (and get people to remember you!)
I have a challenge for you this week:
Find some content - a blog post, a video, a social media conversation, etc. - that you created and really loved. It should be a topic that truly lights you up - something that feels totally like you and is unique to YOU and your business.
And I want you to share it again this week. You can share it again as is, or you can change it up a little.
Here are some ideas:
- repost that blog post
- break that blog post up into social media posts
- make a video from an email topic
- turn a great conversation you had into a blog
- create a pictogram
See if you can do that with that same piece of content 6 or 7 times this week!
And I'm not talking about being a broken record here where you are endlessly repeating the same thing - I'm talking about getting CREATIVE and leveraging your message.
I'm talking about having a little FUN with your marketing and then giving yourself permission to spread it around!
Now doesn't that feel easier than thinking as if you have nothing to say?
